Dignity: Our fine jewelry is hand crafted by the best jewelers in the industry, so turnaround time can vary. We do our best to ship each piece out as soon as possible. Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the piece with a 20% restocking fee, or with the option to receive the full amount in store credit (minus shipping). Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and no damage.
